Hassle Free Return Policy


We strive to offer convenient online shopping and accept returns within 45 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs and return shipping costs. Whatever the reason, we want to you be happy with your purchase and not be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not want.

  • Some items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return. Please refer to the product page to view the corresponding manufacturer's restocking fee (if any).
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse an order at time of delivery, round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


The following items are not eligible for returns
  • Custom orders including items that are made to order or any item labeled "non-returnable" on the product page
  • Items that have been assembled, modified, or used in any way.
  • Items that are not in resalable condition.
  • Items that are not returned in the original box with sufficient packaging materials to protect that contents.




What If My Order Arrives Damaged or Missing Parts



While our products are well packaged to prevent damage during transit, accidents do happen. If you receive a damaged or defective item or the order is missing something, contact us and we will gladly replace the item.

Items Delivered By Small package Carriers
For items damaged in transit and delivered by UPS, FedEx, or USPS, please contact our customer service team within 2 business days of delivery. We will then file a claim on your behalf with the carrier. This process can take up to 10 business days and you must keep all of the original packaging as the carrier may require an inspection in order to honor the claim.

Shipping Policy:
Free ground shipping on all furniture orders!
We promise to ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible and notify you by email within 24 hours of shipping. Included in the shipping email will be a tracking number for your shipment which you can track online or by calling the carrier.
The pre-shipment processing time for each product is located on the product page adjacent to the add the cart button. More information can be found on the delivery times help page.

Shipping Methods


Small Parcel


Smaller and lighter items will ship via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS depending on the item and location of the distribution center. Transit times for small parcel shipments range from 2-6 business days depending on the origin and your destination.
We do not require an adult signature for small package deliveries, however the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the package delivery carrier. Carriers typically require a safe out of view space that is dry to ensure your package is there and dry when you arrive home. We suggest leaving a signed note with your name, tracking number, and "No signature required" if you want the driver to leave your package(s) at your doorstep.
Expedited Shipping Services
Expedited small package services are available including, Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, and 3-Day Select. Expedited shipping options are shown on the cart and checkout pages when available. If you have any questions about expedited shipping, do not hesitate to call or email us.

Truck Freight


Larger items ship via truck load freight due to their size and weight. Items shipped via freight truck are delivered to the curbside or driveway only. Truck freight deliveries require that someone is available to accept the delivery. Most carriers will contact you to set up a delivery appointment, usually a 2-4 hour appointment window Monday - Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM local time. At the time your merchandise leaves the warehouse, we will email you the tracking information for the shipment. If you require value added services such as inside delivery, you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about these additional shipping services. In this event, it is your responsibility to directly pay the freight delivery carrier for any additional services.
In the event the freight carrier is unable to contact the customer to schedule an appointment, the customer is responsible for any storage fees and any freight charges back to the manufacturer in addition to the original shipment expense.
